Is there an adfree version of the Alarm Clock Radio app and how can i buy it?
From Radio Alarm Clock 1.46 onwards, you have the option to buy this app. In order to this, go to the main screen and press the menu button. Hit the shopping cart button and follow the instructions.

How can i change the color of the alarm / instantplay screen?
Press the menu button and select the settings button. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom and press the clock. You are now able to choose a color.

How can i view this app in landscape mode?
Press the menu button and select the settings button. On the next screen, choose landscape as orientation and hit the back button. You will now see the main screen in landscape mode.

Can i manually add streams?
Yes. In order to do this, simply go to the streaming list screen, press the menu button and choose “add stream”. On the next screen, enter a station name and the url of the stream. We have added a “test stream” button on the bottom left for you to check if the stream is working. Finally, push the “save”-button. Now, you will be able to select your newly added stream under the “my streams”-tab of the streaming list screen.

What kind of streams are supported?
Supported media files: mp3, ogg, wma, mms
Supported playlist files: m3u, pls, asx

My favourite stream does not work! What can i do?
First, check your internet connection. A decent connection is necessary for playing any of our streams.
If your connection is stable, you may also try reconnecting the stream. This can be succesful for user-limited radio streams.
If that doesn’t work either, check for newer versions of alarm clock radio, as some streams aren’t supported in older versions.
If nothing works, your radio stream could have moved to another address. Just contact us via email (info@asico-trade.com) and we will try to solve the issue.

How can i play the music through my bluetooth speakers or headphones during alarm mode?
From Radio Alarm Clock 1.46 onwards, you can switch between external speaker / headsphone output or phone speaker output. Therefore, go to the main screen and press the menu button. Hit the settings button and check / uncheck the checkbox for the speaker switch.
